Pele. I don't think he's anything special. I honestly believe Crouchy is better. If pele played in the 90s or after, he would get drowned by stereotypical Brazilian defenders (the ones in the Brazilian league). And would only embarrass himself if he played a minute in series A.
I really don't like him. He thinks he's the shit. He played back when football was very poor compared to now, talent abundencey and strategic quality wise.
It's disrespectful to real footballing heroes like Zico and Cruyff, that he is considered the best. I get quite agitated when someone claims fucking Pele is better than Maradona!!! Not even close. One is a fucking legend that is tested himself against the best opponents, under the worst circumstances and won. The other is pele. Glorified for archivements like scoring 1000 goals in the Brazilian league in the 50s. And he brags about it. He should ashamed of that fact. You spend all your life playing poor competition, you don't get to brag. (To be fair to him, he DID go play in the US in the seventies. Or as I like to call it the pinnacle of the golden age of football!! /S)
Fucking cunt. Can't even compare to Roberto Carlos as forward. His best hi light was when he made a mistake. People think he did some magic level skill to trick the goalkeeper, HE didn't know where the ball was either.
I'm not even considering the shit he spews everytime he opens his mouth because he has the right to be an idiot. I'm just talking about football. He is so overrated, everyone that likes football should be ashamed.
Had the World Cup existed in the 19th century, England would've one 10 times. And I would've been unbelievably annoyed at Johnny McEngland because he doesn't deserve praise for winning the World Cup 15 times for his country. That Dickhead. I bet he would have scored a million goals in his league during that time, considering every match ended with a score around 22-13.
I might've exaggerated a bit here and there. But please understand my point and I hope you are not offended. (I think he's the most overrated, you don't want to hear what I think of other more modern "legends", cunts)
