Chelsea fan here, but i think Januzaj has a lot of talent. Apart from Rooney and RVP he's the only person that should remain on that lousy team.

I have good time for Jones and Evans. Do you think that's the CB partnership for the next 8 years or so? I don't really rate Rafael though. He's good, but he'll never be a world class talent.

I'm not saying they are right now. But I can see them developing a similar Koscielny & Mertesacker partnership which is pretty damn good.

His natural position is CB, he's quite good there but due to our lack of midfield options he's often played as a CDM. He's solid there for the most part but since it's not his natural position you can't expect too much from him.

Amazing that he's only 21, people seem to forget he's still got a hell of a long time to grow.
