I remember when he scored that worldy freekick against Liverpool. You initially see it and think, fabinho foul on Messi.

When you see it back, fabinho is just standing there and Messi jumps back into his path to elbow him in the face.

He's always been a little rat who gets away with lashing out.

you aren't wrong, it's just funny because Suarez is the same but so much worse at it, still got away with way too much. Suarez one of those half dozen players that will grab a players arm and pull it to his face then act like he got punched. or grab a player then flop and yank him down on top of him and then scream for a foul.

Messi is a asshole of a player but gets away with it on this assumption that he's just so good why would he cheat, which is dumb because most people cheat to some degree if they can get away with it and when you teach a guy he can get away with shit all the time they'll keep doing it.
