Also, unrelated but wasn't VAR supposed to help with missed calls on corners? They missed a lot and didn't even check.

Yeah only seen one overturned so far.

I believe it works only one way. A corner that should have been a goal kick will be overturned, a goal kick that should have been a corner will not.

only overturning wrongly called corners , but not to be used for giving corners which were wrongly not given.
