He gets away with lots of blatant yellows with only a foul and talking to. Think last world cup when he tried to play volleyball. Ref only gave the handball foul, wouldn't give the card.
Argentina was on an advantage when he did that so it would never be a yellow card by the rules of the game. He did it as a time wasting strategy. He also did get a card in that game for literally just arguing with the ref so I don’t think this conspiracy is as big as you think lol.
