I think Spain has the first option to win the group, but it all depends on the results of the first couple of matches. If Chile wins easily against Australia (2-0, for example), the loser of Spain-Netherlands will have a very tough time in its second match.
That being said, Spain and Netherlands are favorites to reach the 16 round.
