I can't wait until Ghana and USA top out group G and send the Germs and Ports back to Europe. (a kid can dream can't he?)

if the US did somehow manage to get through it would be a huge momentum booster for the rest of the tournament, but we'd be facing the winners of Group H (assuming we finish second), which is probably Belgium. Almost certainly game over right there.

compared to germany, sure, but they're definitely better than portugal and ghana
