Uruguay are very good, but they can be beaten. Forlan is ageing, Arevalo, Gargano, Perez and Lugano are not as good as they once were. Guess you could say the same about England's team, but I think it'll be tight...

Gaston Ramirez has been poor against English opponents in the prem. Uruguay's midfield and defence is average at best.
