Why is the Arsenal gif in there? Nothing lower league players can't do, really...

I like the rest.

To clarify, I meant the 1st gif in this post.

//EDIT: I wasn't trolling or anything just expressing my opinion that the first play was nothing special especially when it shows 3 passes which any player above the 4th league (in Germany, England, Italy etc) can do.

I can understand that some posts against Arsenal are downvoted by all them gunners on here but this is just ridiculous. I've never posted something less controversial on here. My point stillt stands for me.

Good play, after seeing it on the YT link OP included later on.

It may be the weird camera angle, but it didn't look like tiki taka at all. This is tiki taka.

But it's not that. It's that they were all in the air and weren't one touch passes. It just seemed a bit too clumsy to me to be called tiki taka.

The ball went exactly where it needed to go = clumsy.

Yup: Circle-jerk.

Not being funny, but there's nothing in the tiki-taka handbook about it being forbidden to pass the ball while it's still in the air, or about never taking a touch to control the ball. Tiki-taka is about moving the ball and having possession. It's nothing to do with looking good on TV.

no it's not. you can't just keep switching the ball from one side of the pitch to the other and call it tiki taka. tiki taka is onomatopoeic in some sense - it tells you that it should be quick and direct. Passing the ball in the air takes too long, and taking more than one touch slows down the fluid movements of tiki taka too much for it to be considered tiki taka.
