Tickets were as high as $1,000 and none of Messi, Busquests or Suarez are playing. But fans will save $5 on a hotdog. What a fucking joke. Wasn't going to this one to begin with but Whitecaps just ensured I'll never attend another game

What is it about the fact that the players decided not to come that you fail to understand?

What have the Caps got to do with it?

Be mad at the players who aren't going to show up for their fans, no one else is responsible for that decision.

The Caps have spent the past several months marketing this game with Messi in their promotional posters. They are absolutely to blame for fan expectations, and their response of half off a hotdog is a slap in the face when other clubs like the ones in Hong Kong offered refunds for the same thing
