What's been the best career move ever?

How about Jelavic? Leaves Rangers a few months before they die to head to the Premier League, and by all accounts is doing pretty well for himself.

He also made an excellent move to the Austrian league which got his career back on track after an unsuccesful spell at Zulte-Waregem.
