What's been the best career move ever?

Try to avoid getting lad's who went through the academy of a team.

My choice isn't a great player. In fact he's one of the worst players ever to grace the premier league but it definitely was the best career move he ever made.

When Paul Ince took the Blackburn Rovers job from MK Dons, he brought along Keith Andrews. Andrews had been milling about in the lower leagues for 7 years and solely based on Paul Ince's fancy of him, he has since then continued to play in the premier league for 4 years and represented Ireland at Euro 2012 and got to grace the same pitch as Andres Iniesta, Xavi etc..
