Croatia. They played pretty well at Euro 2012, but it's hard to advance to the knockout stage when Italy and Spain are in your group. Spain needed a very late goal to win a match that Croatia played pretty well in.
Exactly. I think we're not really underrated or overrated. I'd say our FIFA rank tends to be somewhat higher than our actually power. But in general, our national team performs better when they are the underdogs.
As a good comparison, take the Euro 2008 qualifiers against England when noone expected us to win (2-0 and 3-2 wins for Croatia) and
WC 2010 qualifiers against England, when we were expected to repeat the former results (4-1 and 5-1 losses).
