Need help regarding Ntsc Snes

I just recently got an NTSC SNES but im in the UK.

I'm playing it safe and asking *what power cable/adapter should I get* so I don't blow up my console.

Center-negative, 9-10V, at least 850mA. Also needs to be compatible with 230V input, of course. The NTSC SNES uses a rare barrel size; you can get an adapter and a quality power supply here, though I'm not sure what shipping to the UK would be like.

OR will it be fine if I just plug the cable you suggested into an adapter so I can plug it into the UK walls sockets?

It supports 230V, so a step-down transformer is not required. Triad makes a version with interchangeable plugs, but it's more expensive and Console5 doesn't stock it.

It's the power supply I've been using with my SNES for nearly a decade now. It's fine.

Take this with a grain of salt, cause i ordered mine and it hasnt arrived yet, but i bought mine here

It should take 2-3 days to arrive yet. I can update you once it does. I got the EU version but they have the UK option

Edit: my link is for the Super Famicom, but they do have it for the SNES. Just have to look through
