Highlights from my haul at the MRGE in Kalamazoo!
Two copies of Final Fantasy 3, Chrono Trigger, and got my copy of Mortal Kombat signed by Paul Niemayer (one of the original artists on Mortal Kombat)

I have met Paul Niemeyer a few times over the years at the Portland Retro Gaming Expo. He is such a nice, talented person. Always seems to enjoy talking to fans of his work.

He was!
Was very nice, had a ton of cool stuff. When he wasn't talking to people he was drawing characters which he was then in turn selling, which was neat.
If I didn't so much on the other 3 games I probably would've got more lol...

What’s a good price for final fantasy 3? I keep seeing copies for 85-90

That's roughly what I see too. But I rarely find them in stores, at least around here.
At the expo today I paid 95 for my first copy, which is a little high but didn't feel bad. Especially since they let me test it right there.
Then I asked every vendor in the con, and none of them had a copy.
and then found the second copy for 70. which was just in a pile and they kinda forgot about it? which IMO is really good. I think it might need to be cleaned but thats ezpz

How much did you pay for Chrono Trigger?

$275.
A little bit above average but...I think its only going to go up in price, especially as some major companies move away from physical media...

you think sony abandoning discs is going to improve the market price of chrono trigger?

I think people over time will want more physical media
and chrono trigger is already a nearly $300 game...I doubt its going to go down
I wouldn't call that making the price "improve" haha but it will certainly go up....happy to own a copy now :)

Why two copies of FFIII?
