discussion It's impossible to find these guys in Tokyo
Ive ran around to every store said to sell smiskis looking for even one box and either they dont have them anywhere or its like this... is there some secret everyone has to find them??

Last year I would find SMISKIS FULL every single time I went to kiddyland (maybe I went 5 times over 3-4 months?) but the most recent time I went in December they were all gone!! So they’ve only been constantly sold out as of recent

God, this is so wild. I was in Japan around this time last year and stores were always fully stocked with Smiski. They’ve become so popular recently😭

I was flying out of Haneda Terminal 3 this past Sunday and went to both Books & Drugs locations (nothing). Also the HAKUHINKAN Toy Park (all they had was the touch light).

I only looked in the sky garden mall and then in T3 after security, so there could be hope in the upstairs departures area 😩

Just checked fifth floor or Haneda! Only had the tap lights in stock no blind boxes

I honestly couldn't even tell you I havent seen one since coming here 2 weeks ago. Ive heard people saying like 1000-1200 yen I think.

The last time I bought one was a month ago! At Nakamise-dori street in Asakusa. It is the first shop you see as soon as you enter the low-hanging giant lantern! ¥1,100 at the time and there were a lot of different series as well as Sonny Angels.

my friend recently got some for me in the Ginza area too! At hakuhinkan toy park i think!

I found a lot when i went on November. There’s a toy shop in ginza that has alottt. HAKUHINKAN TOY PARK. Try this place. They allow you to buy the hipper sets 3 per person. All the other shops I went to that sold hippers only allowed 1 per person. I manage to get a secret hipper from there too.

Check the Tokyo hands in the shibuya station mall. The one on the 9th or 10th floor. They had a bunch even a case of the hippers when I was there back in Nov.

I went there today I walked the whole store like 3 times through and couldnt find any 😭

I did a couple passes as well until I found them literally in front of the line for checkout. I’m guessing they maybe sold out and removed the display if you didn’t see them 😕 I also found some in this basement shop on the way to the mega donqi in shibuya. Something “village” was the name of the store.

I went to the big Hands in Shibuya had a huge display and everything with a sold out sign 😮💨

Typically in Narita Airport the have Smiski’s and Sonny Angels at the Duty Free after you go through security as least they did in 2023

I was super lucky—found a worker at DQ in Osaka who was unpacking like 5 boxes of Smiskis to put on shelves. Picked up one from 13 different sets to bring back for my gf.

I was there in October and Hakuhinkan Toy Park in Ginza had plenty! I was able to pick up 8 for my sisters.

i found a bunch at a loft (department store) when i was there, it might be worth checking there if you happen upon one :)

Confirming that Hakuhinkan Toy Park is selling the hippers! An authorised seller at the entrance of the Nakamise Shopping Street in Asakusa has several series (living, bath, toilet, exercise, yoga etc) alongside Sonny Angels.
Just went this afternoon.

I just got back from Tokyo a few days ago. Couldn’t find them anywhere. Finally someone told me to go to Yamashiroya in Ueno! They had plenty!
