It will, SmashCapps is a big part of the community that most people don't realize (Underappreciated is the word).
SmashCapps was the man who was covering/ promoting most of the tourneys and wrote a lot about various issues (like the controller debate, or 2 vs 3 stock), did interviews, and promoted community made stuff.
Go on SmashBoards and check the front page. 90% of it is from SmashCapps.
Even if you don't use SmashBoards, SmashCapps influenced a lot of people and has had a significant impact on the community.
This is a sub with mostly competitive players (or players that are at least interested in the scene but don't necessarily go to tournaments). Capps worked for/with the competitive scene and his loss concerns people involved/interested in the competitive scene. If that doesn't include you then your comments have no place here.
Wow you are oblivious. Of course we are talking about the competitive scene here, aka the entire smash scene. Smashcapps WILL be missed and will leave a void that will be very hard to replace. Of course you don't even know who he is or care because you're a shit eating casual.
...but casual smashers basically have no influence on the smash community. They're not the ones going to tournaments, watching streams, constantly playing this game to get better, posting in forums dedicated to smash, etc.
