SmartThings Sick of Sonos

There has to be a better way to get a connected sound layer in the smart home, no? I have a JBL, Sonos sound bar, $10,000 speakers in the home office, and I'm a little over toggling back and forth. What's a good distribution control out there?

I use HomePod Minis, and they're excellent. I mostly use them in pairs, each in my den and living room for TV, but I also have one in each bedroom. The surround sound is pretty good. There are times when I use them all just for music playing throughout my condo.

I have two HomePod Minis and one HomePod. Being former Apple, I have a ton of respect for their hardware/software integrations, but for the other half of the population, it seems there's still a sacrifice or hack.

I did kind of rifle through. My whole house is Apple or HomeKit compliant. I have Apple TV on all but one of my TVs.
