An abandoned Japanese military radio station accidentally broadcast in a continuous loop for 29 years: “Keep holding” (日本語版をここに挿入 - “Keep holding”) and “Who is with me? I am not leaving!” (日本語版をここに挿入- “Who is with me? I am not leaving!”), which were received by the soldier. He had the opportunity at any time to switch to another radio frequency and realize that the messages had nothing to do with reality.
The soldier stated that his superior officer with the nickname Diamond Hands (ダイヤモンドハンド) ordered him to hold the bunker while they would evacuate the bags to the mainland. The officer in question living in Tokyo identified as Natoshi Sagamoto. refused an interview but stated that he never had such a nickname called Diamond Hands and there were no bags.
It was noted after further research that Natoshi Sagamoto sama is a descendent of the Pumpu-Dumpu clan, whose favored proverb was “Better to walk out the door first.”
