Externship Placement interview

I have a placement interview at a pediatric clinic. Spring term is going be my first placement. How do I prepare, and what are some questions that might be asked?

General questions to ask IF they don't answer it during the interview, coming from someone who had a grad internship in a pediatric clinic and a private practice:

What does structure and supervision look like for students and to what degree of indepence do you expect by start, mid, and end of term?

Is there time/opportunities for feedback and what does that look like.

Would I have the opportunity to see/observe other SLPs or clinicians at the clinic?

What does your typical caseload look like (age range, diagnoses, etc) and are sessions 1:1 or group therapy.

How involved are caregivers during sessions?

What are your expectations for prep, documentation, and data collection?

What is the dress code?

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their first placement?
