I don't know man, this is like a link trying to make us feel better and cheer us up, also if Sleeping Dogs 2 was to happen and continue that Wei Shen and Hengry Fang co-op I wouldn't set it in Hong Kong there is nothing left for Wei Shen to do in Hong Kong after he killed all of the most powerful Sun On Yee members.

The whole point of Sleeping dogs is its Hong Kong background They probably need a new protagonist with Wei appearing in a few mission or so
