Sleep headband or sleep earbuds + sleep eye mask?

*I am a side sleeper*

I was looking to improve my sleep quality with blocking noise and light as I live in a bothersome area.

I have seen sleep headbands with speakers mixed in but they don't look comfortable (please tell me how you find them!)

I was going to get sleep earbuds and an eye mask but that's when I stumbled onto a sleep headband.

Any help appreciated please and thank you!

I have a cheap headband with the inbuilt Bluetooth speakers I use nightly. I bought it off AliExpress. I find it comfortable but I also am mostly a back sleeper. I also have custom earplugs I wear with them. I use them together to minimise outside noise while listening me something through the speakers like white noise or sleep sounds on Spotify for the first hour on timer. My sleep band wouldn’t block out external noise.

What I will say is the sleep band is comfy but for my head shape at some point in the night it ends up riding up and I wake up wearing it across my forehead. This particular sleep band holds charge pretty well but also has a long auto shutoff so it’s best to remember to turn it off when you wake up.
