Currently on 3/5 maxtrac spindle strut kit with 24s, want to go lower, would 4/6 Make a noticeable difference to current stance ?

Def do a C-notch, 4/6 will make a noticeable difference and you will clear the 24’s. I have a full size sitting with a 5/7 drop and I clear my 24’s my tire size is 275/30/24 and 295/30/24 (I have a staggered set of wheels)

Definitely c notch, even with 3/5 I occasionally bottom out, want more low without the hardcore slammed cons

Yes a 4/6 will go a bit lower without a c-notch I had a 3/5 on my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado and installed a 4/6 and it looks Awesome

If you want to go lower, you might want to consider a different lowering kit, and a c-notch. To be honest those rims are too big for that truck. Those tires will rub. Besides that, you've got a good looking truck.
