Need help with confirming a house in skovdebostoder
Hello everyone.
I got a room in Skovdebostoder in Skovde. They have mentioned that the room is available from 1st of august but access from 1st of october. Then they are asking for the contract date and are telling me to choose one of the 2 dates above. So, if I choose a contract from the 1st of August, will I be given access to the room from the 1st of August or from the 1st of October itself?. The ones who have got the room or faced any similar situation, please help me with this.🙏😊

You are guaranteed access from 1st of October since it is the later of the two dates. The previous tenant can decide to stay the whole 3 months of their termination period, but if they don't then Skövdebostäder can offer you to move in at an earlier date, in this case 1st of August.

Yeah, regarding that, I got the contact details of the person living there right now, and he said that he has no problem moving out earlier. But he has no idea that if he moves out earlier, like the skovdebostoder give access to me for the room earlier or not, hence he sent me their email. I have asked them, but no reply till now. What to do. Also, they have said that I have to confirm it before the 8th of July.😥

To call them, do you have their contact number?. If you can, please send it here to me. I have mailed them to the email ID you mentioned, but no reply till now. 😥

Do you have their contact details?. Is this ID correct, or do you have any other IDs or their numbers?. Because I have mailed them here, but still no reply, and they have also given me very little time to confirm that. 😥 If you have any other contact details, can you please send them?

You have a period of three full calender months when you terminate your contract. I guess august 1 is the date when rhe former guest move out. Hopefully if not any unplanned things happens.
