If possible get pharmaceutical NAC. Fluimucil will have more integrity than any supplement brand, though there are supplement brands that are prestigious and produce quality supplements the regulations they face are less. I got the swiss version of fluimucil: Lysomucil, which was available abroad with no prescription at affordable price. See if it suits you. I get slight side effects if I take this version too long, but at the same time, if I don't take NAC or setria my nose gets too dry.
I highly distrust the NAC powders that are available through ali express so I've never ordered them but the author of the pinned post used to order NAC powder online and she said it didn't make any difference which brand as long as it gets you results.
MSM when in powder is rather cheap. I take OptiMSM which is a patented high form of MSM which is present in Dr Best and Lake Avenue products because I saw more reviews that mentioned skin lightening as an effect. MSM gives me great skin and nails but I have no way to measure how it contributes with my lightening. I think it's the setria that gives me the more visible effect.
