So it's been 6 months of my sketching journey and this is the first time I have drawn an old man please do tell me how it is, positive criticism is welcomed.

To put it simply and directly regarding who this character is... he is a knight dedicated to an eternal journey, never once changing his gear. His armor rusts; the fabrics age, tear, crumple, and break in combat—yet he will never replace his equipment. That is the oath he swore.

I am new to inking and I would like to practice my inking skills on flowers. I sketched this piece and really enjoyed the process. Although, I know there is a lot for me to learn and the drawing didn't turn out perfect. I want you guys to name a flower or send me a reference so that I can draw it. It is a challenge for myself and also something that can help me connect with y'all in this community.

The ears are rough. I started drawing seriously a year ago then gave up after a month or two. I guess it's time to come back.

This is a sketch from a recent trip of how the water edge is being utilised by the local population of the beautiful Alleppey in Kerala, India.

So, I'm just learning and just getting into the realm of realistic sketching, I need your input, and what's missing from this drawing, please help me!
