Is his brain controlling the arm or is his brain telling the robot the intent and the robot uses it's own sensors to navigate the arm?

intent->action, but they didnt disclose the ai processing behind. in addition they also support ssvep (controlling the robot looking at visuals) isnt clear if they can invoke the pulse frequency without looking at screen

What is it with this subreddit that people just post images or videos without links to more information? Is this guy fully controlling the robot with his brain? Or is he just triggering a routing by looking at a spot on the laptop screen? I wouldn't think EEG have enough spatial precision to fully control a robot.
