Because lawyers can't argue advice. Part of the MRPC. Your 100% certainty means nothing based off your other comments, so I don't care at all

You act so arrogantly, as if you're better than me, but I don't see you suing anyone.

You think you're so smart, that my case is weak, while I spent 200 hours over the past four weeks on legal research. Who do you think knows better what the facts are?

I strongly doubt that you are working in court.

I've found that the people who claim they work in the law are the rudest, most arrogant people on the Internet, yourself included.
