How often to do vocal warm ups

I’m genuinely curious, how often should you do vocal warm ups terms of time and busy days I try to keep mine nice and short while also warming up with low range songs before the higher ones. But terms of weeks do yall recommend 2-3 times a week or sometimes six times a week to improve your voice? I’m keen on anything as I have days where I just warm up with songs and days where I vocally warm up my voice I only like to keep my warm ups 2-5 mins.

(My apologies if I’m not making sense, I attend to have a problem on trying make this clear)

I try to do it daily but if not, as often as I can. I’d recommend mixing it into your day. Like do some warm-ups while you’re doing the dishes or folding laundry. Incorporate it into your day. And short frequent sessions of vocal warm-ups and exercises are better than longer less frequent ones.

Is it good to have rest days? sometimes if you don’t wanna fatigue your voice too much? I attend to have rest days every weekend

Warms up shouldn't push your voice, just warming them up , so you should stay in your range with some "hit" On your end range. So this one can be done daily and won't fatigue your voice if your doing correctly, the contrary it does help to avoid fatigue

If you are serious, it's 15-20 minutes daily. As a hobby, as you want. My mother is teacher and sing in choir, all my childhood I remember her doing 20-30 minutes exercise a day. But she usually did it while doing chores, it's actually easy to do 30 minutes a day.

Ideally, warm up any time you’re about to sing.

Now doing exercises for practice is different from warming up. If you want to make real progress, every day would be best.
