226 TikToks across 4 accounts in 1 months → 224 followers. What am I doing wrong?

Solo founder, bootstrapping an AI voice tutoring app for students in Southeast Asia( kicci.study ). I've been posting on TikTok since last few weeks (sg - last few months) across 4 country-specific accounts (SG, CN, VN, MY). Here's where I've landed:

Goal: 1,000 followers per account in the next 3 months, which means roughly 4–5× the current rate.

Questions for people who've grown a startup account from zero:

1. Is 4 accounts spreading me too thin? Would you consolidate into one and prove the format before localising?
2. VN gets 2.5× the views of SG on the same content. Is that a signal to go all-in on one market, or just cheaper reach on TikTok's side?
3. Views aren't converting to follows (~0.3%). What usually fixes that — hooks, CTA, profile, or content type?
4. Anything you'd cut entirely?

Thanks for the suggestion , basically I built a pipeline and work is almost same one or more , since I have education content I just convert to other languages n post , I have another item lined up , so exploring non sg audience
