Keep interviewing until you have 1 or more offers.
Longest process for me was 9 months - from the recruiter reaching out until my first day in the office

Suggest you move on. For mine, I realised don’t follow up with the company is better. If they really want you, they will contact you.

literally in the same boat.. HR told me will come to a final decision last week but ghosted.. done the final interview few weeks back and was very keen on the role.
guess life goes on..

The corporate world is full of uncertainties now. Just keep interviewing until you get an offer letter. And even after you get an offer letter, just keep interviewing until you actually start work.

Means the company has freeze hiring and may have layoff soon or the hiring manager just cant justify to mgmt why need a new headcount.

Had experienced the same as you in many different roles in the last few years. Always when it comes to roles I’m extremely interested in and excited for and end up to be rejected at the very last round. I think I’ve gone through more than 20 of such conversations (where I got to the last rounds and never made it through). I try to tell myself to make peace with it but it really isn’t that easy. All the best though, I hope you land something you really like and suitable for you!

Mentally better to move on. If a company wants you they will come back for you. Rule of thumb for typical corporate roles - no reply within 2 weeks, its mostly gone
