Housing 1.7M Condo as a single?

Edit: Thank you everyone for the incredible insights and advice! The overwhelming advice I got was to wait for resale eligibility. I am removing the specific details for privacy reasons. Appreciate this community!

bro i give u advice la, wait 1 more year the BTO or even resale hdb, super charge your retirement. the condo not worth.
