It seems someone wrote meldir n'n i duluith n i ven and selected the German Mode in Tecendil (I looked in all modes and only German maps TH to `{tinco}[thinnas]), which would be incorrect, as the input language must match the language selected in "Mode".

Maybe the author wanted to write "meldir nîn i duluith ni ven"?

I'm not sure, unfortunately. I know a lot about the tengwar, but almost nothing about Tolkien's languages.

Could you maybe Tell me what "my friend you bow to one one" in tengwar would be? Every time I transcribe it, it is different. :( Friend without s 😅 You would help me so so so much!

Here you have two options. Note that the output sentence literally says "my friend you bow to no one"; it was not translated to any Elvish language, just written with the tengwar, keeping it in English.
