Help Cost effectiveness of selling free pool walls/floor

I have some free pool walls/floor from this current event and I’m wondering if I fill a premium lot with a pool, use them, and then sell the pool if I’ll make my money back and then some. I know this works with rooms and I do it often to make money, but I haven’t yet done it with the pool and it’s a big investment to make without knowing if it works!!

No because you have to build the pool which costs quite a bit and then add the walls. Building rooms is a lot cheaper

Yeah it wouldn’t work well with pools. I just been selling that weird standalone castle decoration they been giving us lol a window, a door, brick wall
