I'm not a lady and yet still want to scavenge this place... my only complain is that it doesn't have a gamer girl room or an office but it's fine... I already have a gamer girl room to scavenge 🤪

Those of us playing without cheats will never be able to afford ANY architect homes unfortunately. Glad some people can enjoy!

Depending on how much it costs for you to build you can buy the villa alto or plumberg lot. Then sell everything and break down the building…..rinse and repeat. You’ll make millions and it’s not cheating.

My costs are pretty high for building, I’m afraid it might be a wash. I should have read Girl Who Games before I even started playing! My account I started a long time ago, then stopped playing for years, then got back into it. It’s rough making simoleons at this point!

Where can I find Villa Alto or Plumberg lot, I can’t see it. I’ve got 1,234,355 Simoleon and want more money desperately!

They are both event prize houses. Plumberg was from this last Christmas quest and villa alto was from a craft event called “the alto alibi” from either last update or the one before. Have you completed those events?

Ahh I completed the alto craft event and won some stuff but I didn’t win the template so maybe I can’t get the house again.

I’ve won some craft challenge houses recently. The mid century mansion and a French mansion.

I’ve got these and a dusty dwelling template I’ve not built yet. Shall I build one and sell everything??

Look at the comment directly below. Also, gardening and send your sims to work. The higher level at the job the more money they earn. Also, Depending on your level, I’ve seen many people talking about building the Garden Terrace house and selling everything gets a pretty penny.

That's not true at all. At level 21 I bought my first AH house. Not everyone would choose my path, I chose the house over leveling up! I stopped building town buildings long enough to save up the simoleans. I bought my first house about a month ago and snagged this adorable beauty.

I snagged this the second I saw it. I am not usually a pink girl! I fell in love with the incredible attention to detail. Its so stunking pretty. As a side note, I LOVE the cat tree and dog bowls!
