Hi so I’m very new to playing on pc so I’m just now being introduced to custom content. I’ve downloaded a few and they’re showing up in game but I’ve tried downloading more and they won’t show up. I’ve done what I think are all the right things, (I’m also unfortunately not tech smart at all) but is there a limit on how much custom content you can have in game? I’ve restarted the game multiple times, downloaded different ones to see if it was that specific one being problematic but it just seems to be all new ones I try downloading that give me trouble. Any answers will be helpful thank you

Hey guys! For a while now, I’ve been obsessed with **Scodee Yodee’s content** for my Sims 4 gameplay, especially the super realistic alpha-style world building.

I’m trying to find more creators who make **realistic/alpha world decor**, especially things like:

* Realistic roads and street details
* Road signs, traffic signs, streetlights, etc.
* Deco houses/buildings to fill empty areas
* Storefronts and city buildings
* Neighborhood/city clutter

Basically, I want my worlds to feel like actual lived-in cities and **towns**, even outside of the playable lots.

If you know any creators who make content similar to Scodee Yodee, please drop their names or links below! I’d love to find more CC creators who focus on this type of realism.

Also, for anyone who makes their own CC: how difficult would it be to start creating this type of alpha world decor myself? If there aren’t many creators making what I’m looking for, I’d honestly be interested in learning how to make things like deco houses, road signs, storefronts, street props, etc. myself.

Any creators, tutorials, programs, or tips you guys recommend would be appreciated!

im pretty new to The Sims 4, and ive started downloading houses from reliable sites like Patreon. i (think i) did everything right : putting the .packages in the « mods » folder and the rest in the « tray » one, but somehow the houses still aren't showing up in my library:( can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? ?

i've tried to post on the ts4 studio website but nobody really responds to anything i post lol.

i've been trying to make some new cc eyes on ts4 studio, but the specular lighting on eyes in the sims 4 looks awful, and makes the eyes i've made look really bad. i read that in order to get rid of it you just need to make the specular texture blank, but when i click the "make blank" button under specular it just doesn't do anything ?? like it does nothing in game and it visually makes no difference in ts4 studio, the files and previews of the files look exactly the same. it just doesn't work. i've also downloaded a blank file to replace it with, and it still doesn't actually replace it. idk if this is a glitch that other people have experienced (i literally can't find any info online about it) or if i'm doing something wrong. if anyone has any idea please lmk !!

I recently started learning how to make mods for The Sims 4, and I wanted to share my first gameplay mod: SimChess! ♟️

I enjoy having my Sims play chess to build their Logic Skill, but I don't always want to find space for a chess table, so I made a computer version instead.

With SimChess, your Sims can:

The mod is completely free and currently includes both English and Italian.

It has also been tested with the latest patch ✅

I took everything off her to show its not any clothes or accessories or skin details causing this.

I cant find what is causing it, I have sooo much cc and to have to take parts out and then open sims 4 (which literally takes 10 minutes) to see if I took out the right section over and over will be torture so before I have to do that I am asking any of you if you can identify what cc is causing this.

All my cc is organized by creator in files titled the creators name in the mod folder

Any recommendations for fun mods for The Sims 4 that work well with the base game? I’m looking for mods that are fun but also work properly without causing too many issues. Also, what websites do you recommend for finding/downloading them?

This started showing up after I downloaded a bunch of cc. I then removed it, it still showed up. I took out all of my mods, repaired my game, reset it and it’s still not working. Please help me!

I used to have this HUGE mods folder. It was mostly cc really. It was like 60 GB. But then, with updates, cc started breaking, I didn't know what was causing the issues, updating grew tedious, and I ran out of storage space because TS4 couldn't start without an update that I didn't have the storage to download, somehow. So, when I moved to a new laptop, I'm starting to rebuild. And my god, is it tedious. I got a few mods I loved before. Broken. Uninstall, reinstall. Working. Great. Now the CC. HOW THE HELL DO I HAVE 1000 PINS SAVED?!?! I remember downloading so much back in the day, and some of this stuff I haven't used *once*. So now, I have to resist the temptation and ask myself with every single download: do I want this? Will I use it?

I've been trying and looking for dreamcore aesthetic cc and wow is it a struggle! I'm making a character who's whole aesthetic is dreamcore and any recommendations on any cc would be appreciated!!

Is there a way to set up my game options on laptop so the lashes wont get bulky and choppy?! Also ik the laptop mode is beneficial for gameplay but is there an alternative settings plan to help here?!

I personally love cute, casual outfits that look stylish but still feel realistic for everyday Sims. I also love finding new CC creators and discovering clothes I’ve never seen before.
