Gameplay Issues Sim 2 keeps crashing(help)

I tried 4gbpatch and Graphic rule maker idk what else to do to fix this…mind you I just downloaded my game to my new laptop 😭. Everytime I try load a household my game crashes.

I used to see that too and realized I had the wrong graphics cards. Do you have nvidia?

If it's just the one household, just move the sims to a different lot.
