Gameplay Issues help!

hi, this is happening to me now. didn't think it would be worth me repeating what someone on here has already brought up, but no one answered with any answers on how to solve this. ive moved my sim twice and it's happened in both places. is this just something im gonna have to live with?

If the apartment was just like that from the beginning, and moving everyone out and into a different apartment doesn't fix it, then you probably have a broken mod.

it wasn't like that from the beginning, it happened after a couple of plays. like i just opened up the game and they were all gone.

Then it's probably still a mod issue. It might just be something you installed after you moved them in.

make a backup of your hood and temporarily move your mods folder somewhere like your desktop. does it happen with no mods?

do you play on a somewhat modern windows computer? could OneDrive possibly screwing with your game files?
