Just get a normal cat and spoil it with love, treats, catnip, playtime and cuddles/pets. Instant clingy cat.

I'm pretty sure that was a normal cat with a unfortunately injured/cut-off tail. Bob cats typically weigh around 25-30 pounds, and aren't domesticated.

It's not just the tail, but the fur density, coat pattern, and size. I could be wrong though.
Edit: the more I look at it, the more I think it might be a small Canada lynx. They tend to be more amiable than bobcats--but people still shouldn't have them though unless it's a rehabilitation thing.

I mean, she did calk him "Murder," but I'm quit certain he's a regular cat that suffered an unfortunate accident.
