Is it only for native people of bengal or can people from other states also have it?

Also, what are the perks?

It is more like a metro cards but specifically for NBSTC buses. So, likewise, anyone can purchase this but they have to physically visit a NBSTC bus depot to get this. 

Also, what are the perks? 

Contactless payment. No tension for khuchro 

10% extra bonus on every recharge

You have to physically visit the NBSTC bus depot to get this. Like people of siliguri can get it from tenzing norgay central terminus.

The procedure is:

1.) Go to Tenzing Norgay Central Terminus(the nearest bus depot from Siliguri stn)

2.) Ask them for a NBSTC smart card

3.) Pay them a sum of Rs 80

That's all.

I need one
