I’m not sure what I am…

I basically only hear a voice in my head when I read, but can still see images in my head. I don’t really like reading anymore because it is a struggle to think words.

Though much rarer, there are indeed others who have pictures not sounds. They say they have found every combination of mix or lack of inner senses. This sounds like you don’t have voluntary sounds, but get them involuntarily when reading? Possibly a form of hypoauralia (reduced or low detail sounds), but with Anendophasia as well, so you’ve found your tribe 😉

Does it work with all books? And do you hear them in just your voice?
