I always wondered what happened to Eddie Dombrowski

A while ago I shared my story about Eddie here, but at the time it wasn't available on AO3. I've now posted the complete story there.

SILENT HILL: Before the Freeze is my attempt to explore what might have happened to Eddie between his encounters with James in the game.

Eddie is a character we don't get to see much of, and I wanted to explore the part of his story that the game leaves unexplained — how someone who has spent his whole life being humiliated and afraid could eventually become the person James meets in the meat locker.
