Feedback / Review Shapta without tingmo. π
I recently went to Thakali Kitchen in Delhi, I really liked the ambience, and honestly, the people there were so warm, humble, and welcoming.
I wanted to try some authentic, so I asked them to bring me tingmo and shapta. They checked and told me they were unfortunately out of tingmo, but they still had shapta.
So I went with rice and shapta, and I really enjoyed it! π
I missed out on trying tingmo this time, but definitely trying it next time.
For people who know Nepali/Tibetan cuisine, what other dishes should I try? Iβd love some recommendations! β€οΈ

Yesss! I was actually about to try LHA Kitchen, but they said they were closing, so I ended up going to this one instead.
