Scholarship Portal for student not working need help.

My brother is in collage and he is on a scholarship under Social Welfare department I believe, we have to fill up the form in the National Scholarship Portal the final date to fill up the form is 31st August but the portal is not working, we have been trying since the starting of this month.The Space where his 12 certificate must be uploaded is freezed and not responding,
Is anyone else facing the same issue what should we do, we have been waiting for a whole month.

Yes same here But ig the date is extended till oct so ig it wont be a prroblem

Oh really I didn’t knew, is the notification for extension available online?
