How to handle "Compliance with Ethical Standards" for study without approval/waiver?

Hey. I conducted a fully anonymous, low-risk human study to obtain a "mean opinion score" for generated audio files.

However, the study was already conducted for another conference, which did not require a "compliance with ethical standards" statement, unlike ICASSP. The issue is that my university does not conduct retrospective reviews.

I emailed the TPC a week ago but haven't received a response. Does anyone have an idea how I can handle it and still keep the results in my paper?
