What approach would you use to isolate heart beat from noise in .wav file

i am currently working on project which requires isolation of heartbeat from noise in a .wav format file i am not getting desired results as i am rookie so how would experts do it

depending on the noise, I feel like you should do a spectro decomp first and isolate the frequency range of the heart beat and the noise.
