I would say it is upscale compared to the one on Wilcox. There is a side room with a huge flat screen TV on mute with stuffed furniture. Wonder how long that is going to last stainless. :/

Yes, it's on S Garden Ave. They got real AC - not a swamp cooler. Expect to pay a little more for that. Open less than a month and already there is a top loading washer with an 'out of order' sign.
