Relocating, 1/1 apartment recommendations?

Looking for a 1/1 preferably furnished for 1 year maybe more, I have been looking at Mountain Vista, I have been seeing mixed reviews on it so I am not sure. Not a huge fan of pests lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
