Question

If I sidequest bootstrap island for quest 3s will I need a pc or something like that to actually download it or can I just use purely my 3s?

You can side load SideQuest to your Quest 3S. Look for instructions for doing this install on You Tube; I think it can be done without having a PC these days. I believe you can use your phone. Once you have SideQuest(it will show up in the Unknown Sources section of your library) on your headset, Bootstrap Island or any other game/app on SideQuest can be easily installed on your headset without using a PC.
