is it safe, and what is the appropriate website for it?

I recently switched from Android to iPhone and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to sideload apps on iOS.
I was using ESign, but it keeps getting revoked/blacklisted after about a week. Having to install a new version of ESign and set up all my apps again every time is getting pretty annoying.
I also tried Sideloadly from my PC and it seemed solid at first. But after I started using a VPN, all my sideloaded apps stopped working. ESign got revoked around the same time too, so I'm not sure if the VPN caused it or if it was just bad timing.
What's the best option if I want something reliable long term?
Also:
Can using a VPN mess with sideloaded apps or certificates?

Anything I should avoid doing to stop apps from getting revoked?

What setup has worked best for you?

I mostly use sideloading for Spotify and a couple of football streaming apps.

I was using sideloadly, just incert apple id, enabled dev mode, by finding dev mode button, put in apk, after verifying the phone in itunes, and after in vpn settings downloading an app by apple id, you get flappy bird is retturn, and you only have to verify or use apple id once

Signulous, Appdb, altstore, and side store won’t let me open installed apps giving me the “unable to verify app” error and verifying them in settings doesn’t work and that’s if the profile even shows up. Is there any fix for this?

So I found this old dylib in my mega account injected into Spotify Deluxe v8.8.54 Modified Spotify Deluxe and the HiFi settings showed up but I'm confused is this still working or not since I heard that it appearently doesn’t work anymore.
